Building Blocks for Better Babies (BBBB) is a Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) offered in Windsor and Essex County funded by Health Canada since 1996. BBBB is a comprehensive, community based program that supports pregnant women who face conditions that threaten their health and the development of their babies.

The HBHC program is for pregnant women and families with children up to six years old. The program is voluntary and FREE for all families in Windsor and Essex County. A team of Public Health Nurses and Family Home Visitors assists families with parenting and the promotion of healthy child development.
